LATEST VERSION BiZ-e FRAMEWORK 2.5 BiZ-e™ Framework allows teams to create customize web application module for information sharing and document collaborations that consequently promotes benefits to individual and team productivity. The latest version of BiZ-e Framework (v2.5) uses Microsoft .NET 3.5 Framework, IIS 6.0 and above, Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008, Windows Server 2005/2008 and Ajax technology.

• Audit Trail Report - This Audit Trail report will record all activities of each user for audit and recovery purposes. It can be toggle on/off at administration level and can be archive and purge the log for housekeeping.
• Data Archiving Tool - This tool is built to do housekeeping and clearing the record as to minimize the size of database and store historical data in physical storage (DVD or External Hard Drive). Information in the physical storage can be retrieved thru the system on demand.
• Graphical and Pictorial Report - reports can be display in graphical and pictorial format.
• Business Intelligent Tool - the newer version of dotK-Urus is ready with Business Intelligent Tools (DUNDAS DASHBOARD TM ) for data analysis and creating the report on the fly.
• Integrated Email Function - user are able to set email respond and email notification at every level of workflow. Administrator is able to set who should receive the email and where to set the email notification.
• PDF and Excel Format Conversion - Report and print screen function with PDF and Excel format conversion for data export purposes.
• New Menu Icon features - the menu Icons are more dynamic and flexible to be control by the Administrator. The Icon can be changes to the user favor.
• Administrator Parameter Screen - this function would allow administrator to change the common parameter setup and add new item in the parameter setting.
• Dynamic User Access and Menu Access Matrix - Administrator can define the menu access and user access as to change the process flow in the system.
• Integrated Digital Document Management System - dotK-Urus 2.5 is ready integrated for bigger DDMS. User is able to scan, index and store document related to the system information (Fingertips).
• Interactive and Interesting Dashboard - improve User Interface (UI) on the dashboard (landing page after login). The objective of the dashboard is to be informative and deliver the message across (highlight, alert and notification) but yet easy to navigate the page and not complicated.
• Editable Banner header - user be able to change the banner with simple browse upload function.
• Theme - user can change the theme color of the whole system.
• Customize Table header - user can change the label of the table header.
• Error Message Handler - Improve error message handler. As to ensure the system is easy to use and require no special training to use the system.
